The infectious laughter from a certain member of the audience reminds me of a cackling witch.

What, no Sainsbury’s or British Leyland adverts at the end? I feel so CHEATED !!! Sorry, picked this off your recent activity list – well DONE! And how were things on the R. Don today? Two of our best friends in all the world were Jack & Betty from Sheffield. Lived toward Millhouses with a view across the moors from their upstairs window! They showed us all to be seen from Stratford to Scarborough over several visits – they were indeed two gems of God’s creation. Cheers from Arizona!

“One dabbles Mrs. Weaver, one dabbles.” Priceless comedy, doesn’t seem so long ago since it was first produced, but it is, over 35 years ago, gosh!!!

I have to say, when Geraldine sticks her head in the supposedly blazing hot kiln it kinda breaks the spell for me.

Thank you so much for uploading these videos. I remember this series from when I was a child, but I don’t think I appreciated how clever it was then. Its not all cute and twee, it has some really hard edges.

In KUA, she was the only one where Hyacint wouldn’t dare to talk back to.
