After teaching a class on how my family made 365 meals from dehydrated food stocks, the women of the Los Alamitos Ward took me up on my offer to help them do the same thing. We made over 1000 hearty, healthy pre-made “Meals in a Jar”. (OK ours is in mylar bags, but you get the drift!
