Are Your Firearms Registered?

Videos

A background check does not mean your gun is registered. Check your state laws. Some states like NY & CA do required registration but most do not.

Keep a set of home defense weapons & ammo and keep anything off the books off your property in a random you figure it out or GPS location with supplies. If it goes Totalitarian anything recorded is up for grabs.

Ok what stops them from changing the laws going to the gun stores picking up that book/computer records the gun store keeps Scan the book with the tech and software they have to day to digitize it in minuets run a mapping program and have everybody on a planed route with the make model and number of your guns so handing them junk won’t work. If you say you sold it what is the likelihood of them just busting in anyhow with the NDAA ransacking your home because you probably have other guns?

I’ll say it, got no fear but for my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and his Father, if they come for my guns they’ll taste some lead and i’ll show’um Justice. I live in Hawaii where you have to register your guns its hard to get around it especially if your buying a hand gun. But so what if they come for me, they’ll be doing me a favor, i’ll get to see all the saints and i’ll be sure to take some of those evil minions with me, although they’ll probably be going to hell.

Good information here!! It is unbelievable how many people believe the background check is a registration scheme. The place where I buy my guns don’t even get the gun I buy out of stock until AFTER the background check call is made. There is never a serial # recorded until after they make the b/g check. People have put more gun control laws on themselves from ignorance than the gov’t has.

I will say that in Canada, EVERY time you buy ammunition it is recorded by the gun store, and sent to the government. Long guns are not registered, but all restricted(handguns/carbines) weapons are. So basically the Canadian government has a record of all of the ammo you have purchased and all restricted firearms.

Martial law situation, you can go to bound book and see who has what. Bound books are required. And in many states like in mine handguns must be registered, can’t get my gun without first registering it and bringing a coupon from the judge to pick up my gun.

Yes it is illegal. It is also illegal to sell a firearm to anyone who you know is a convicted felon and can not legally own a firearm.

When I went to get my Concealed License renewed they had a paper with every handgun I owned listed on it. Might be different here in Washington State, who knows. It did not have my rifles though.

Just a comment because it relates to this clip. My sister-in-law works for the State of California, Dept. of Justice. She is one of the few that does background checks for people purchasing fire arms. It’s a rough go for her dealing with people (on the phone) who want their gun permits (or registration). her staff (3-4) process approx. 2,000 requests per week and it is not showing any signs of letting up. Just sayin’

I never knew this, very informative! I assumed when you bought a weopon your name automatically went into some government list of weopons owners, you learn something new everyday.

When I gave up my FFL after 12 years my bound book and all 4473′s had to be mailed to the ATF. I guess they require this so they can “destroy” all the info? Just wondering..

It’s still really scarry that they try to get away with sh*t like this. They are too stupid to realize that turning the country into a police state is VERY BAD!

That sucks. Good for you, they love to think they are so above us because most people dont know the laws to stand there ground instead of getting pushed around.

Show I sold it so if that gun is used for something then it will nit come back to me i can just say I sold but If I can’t prove it then you have a hassle to prove you did just to much of a hassle not to do it I don’t know if that is the status quo in all states but that’s how it works in Michigan. Like your videos I will keep watching

In Michigan when you buy a hand gun you sign a form that has 4 copies the store keeps one you keep one you turn 2 into you local police records dept I guess you don’t have to turn it in but if you are stopped and for some reason they check to see if it is registered an if it is not and u don’t have your copy then you can get a fine lose your cpl and gun if you don’t produce you copy if I sell a gun that I got from a store and filed the paper work I will get a form from my local ffl dealer and f

About 4 years ago there was a break-in at the apartment where I was living. The local cops (Coral Springs), who seem to believe they are the Gestapo, showed up to write a report. As I was listing missing items, I mentioned a gun. One of the cops got very agitated and demanded to know if I had registered my weapon with CSPD! In an equally agitated voice, I responded to her, “ABSOLUTELY not!” At which point she immediately changed her demeanor and meekly added, “and of course you don’t have to.”

Yes the gun store is required to hold the records for so many years. It is against the law for the government to go and try and get the records. I say try because the store owners would have a fire sale if you know what I mean. Even if they tried it would take years to go to each residence house. Most guns are bought and resold any. Even if not they couldnt prove you still have them.

Thanks for the video,I might be misinformed but I heard some place that when one purchases from a gun store the store owner is required to keep your info for x amount of years. If this is true can’t the gov. get all the records from all the gun stores and then go to each residence?
