Economic Collapse Preparation: Food Storage in General

Videos

It is important to store food for the economic collapse for many reasons. Although I put a much higher emphasis on growing your own food and hunting, food storage is certainly important. Be sure to decide if you are going to share your food storage cache, and that you have a means of defending your cache(s). Be sure to get a pellet gun to supplement your food storage. Video talking about sharing food: www.youtube.com

Thanks for watching. Food storage isn’t jsut for SHTF but alswo to help those in need. For emergency supplies: www.thereadystore.com

Gods given rights are 3 House, food, and clothing all these are free, but we don’t have them because God is whipping you He is beating you why do you rebel why He need grind you to the ground. many hope mitt, or obama will give you a house, or food or clothing or even a job. why do you rage against you maker— you want a free house, a free car a free food, and clothing then repent seek ye the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things shall be added unto you. return to God

  4. gonzalo sierra Says:

how do you dehydrate the apples and corn etc

  5. Florin Carabat Says:

I don’t tell anyone that I prep, other than my immediate family of course. I’m a giving person, but in desperate times when food is hard to find along with other supplies, I won’t give away my family’s food for someone who called me crazy for prepping.

    Corporation philosophy is different :
If they learn us how to catch fish they earn little money.
If they sell us fish every day – they earn lot of money plus we are dependent.

  7. glasseverywhere Says:

if you ever showed food to anyone in an SHTF situation they will come with more people to take what you have….so i would not give them anything tell them i am in the same situation

  8. aaronscrewme Says:

Very well done and thought out. Thanks for the information. What brand pellet gun was that.
All we have are worn our Crossmans around here.

  15. goudz23 Says:

Also remember to store a very strong bow to hunt and defend with. Silent and nearly equally effective as a rifle. Not to mention you can create your own ammo.

  16. kharif01 Says:

LMAO!!! I thought the same thing!! Still laughing :)

  17. Clowerdean Says:

In such a world, those things you dismissed as “holding no nutritional value” will be the most important food items you’ll ever want to find in your plate. Simple protein and fats will get you through the most hardened of times. I’ve lived it. I know what it means to starve. The notion of complex (or even simple) carbs as staple foods will reign perpetual to the point of Kwashiorkor. Protein and animal fat is essential.

  18. Clowerdean Says:

When the SHTF, the first food items to become scarce will be those rich in protein. Primarily meats, the larger the game, the more scarce. Beef first, pork, then all the way down to chicken. Fish will come later, and, ultimately, legumes (beans). I believe very strongly that if the SHTF, it would be more akin to a third world country scenario. No need for fantastic Zombie scenarios or apocalyptic WWIII to get a real sense of what has already happened in other countries…

that intro was AMAZING! “d dd d ddd see can’t get fooled again”

  20. CitroTeam Says:

Prevention is the best solution. It has been since the beginning of time. Sow today to reap tomorrow.
The best for a crisis situation is to live where he could grow and produce food to survive. But it should be today, because the production of food takes time.
Food store does not work. Spoil after a few days, because they are made for immediate consumption, are not made to store ..

  23. mocatz187 Says:

It has nothing to do with a collapse. I’m just talking about the practical aspects of owning an air rifle alongside real firearms. As far as eating rats, is that safe??

  24. WisdomIsPrecious Says:

What about a collapse scenario makes it certain that you will have rats? I’m just seeking clarification on what you mean. Is it the quantities of stored food and if so how is that different from our current kitchen situations in terms of attracting rats? Also why would you poison a rat when you could eat it with a physical trap

  30. Ejahi Says:

Good job. I am happy you are teaching the little ones as well. They get to see at an early age how the food storage can help you help others. We had neighbors that had a fire last month and we were able to donate so much to them cause we had a stockpile. If i had to go out to the store and buy them something i wouldnt be able to afford it. But i built up my stock over time when we could so i had extras.
