This is usually the rule I live by when I sell a gun from my collection, but today I violated that rule. I think I did so for a good reason.

I have had many guns this summer some new some used that I had from four days to five weeks. I sold three to buy one more costly. A couple break evens and several was like paying a lease on to use. I like my walther ppq a lot now and sold another gun to begin Handloading. All
In all fun and just part of how it works around here. Thanks for the reviews.

Where do you sell your guns? I have a G21 and I’m trying to sell it, but my network doesnt have a whole lot of gun people in it that would be interested, and Im not going to trade it in at a guns store only to get half its value. Any suggestions?

For me, as long as I have all the bases covered, it’s ok to buy/sell/trade for other things. I have an AR, Glock 19, 1911′s, .22 and a 12GA shotgun that aren’t going anywhere and I keep ammo for those main guns. Everything else is just to play with and can be sold to get other play guns or other items. I have no problem selling a gun if I have lost interest in it.

I think you’re telling yourself you did the right thing in hopes that later you will believe it! lol

I usually don’t sell guns but only because when I buy one it is usually one I have wanted and lusted over for months. If the new item you bought is worth it to you, rock on.
