I am such a FREAK with my sales ads & knowing exactly what my bill should be before that total button is ever hit!! I usually opt for the self check outs just for the simple fact I can see what is ringing up and I stop immediately if I see something is wrong. My daughter even calls me now when she’s out shopping on her own and I go through the ad with her while she’s on the phone and I ad up her cart before she gets to the check outs… YES I am a freak I am aware of this lol !!!!

Yep, many take being nice as weekness, but although I am always nice to people, you better not push me too far. The real twits out there need to be out in the open, and even if we don’t win, we get to stop letting them walk all over people, or at least stand out as idiots, which is a good thing to me.

I had that very same thing happen to me yesterday, I try to be nice but this one older lady always treats me badly and I had had enough of it yesterday. I had her call the manager and she tried to cut me off when I was explaining how I was treated and that didn’t go over well with me either. I finally just said if you don’t want to do the job I’m sure there’s plenty of people that would out there. I informed the manager I wouldn’t be back.

Even though I still love family dollar, they are the ones I see the most mistakes with, but they do correct them for me, and are nice about it. Some of their deals are the greatest too. Just gotta remember to never leave till you check the receipts from them!

I always check my receipts before I leave anywhere these days, lots of mistakes lately here too! I know a lot of the store people around here, and they will help when your nice to them, but of course, there are some that no matter how nice you are, they are nasty. I’m 63 yrs old and for the FIRST time in my life, I reported a cashier for being so nasty, and he got a real @ss chewing for it too. I hated doing it, but he never let up, by the 5th nasty attitude, I had had enough. Mgr. thanked me!!!

Glad you’re making videos again! I get so overwhelmed at the checkout because they go so fast i can’t watch all the prices as they go thru. When I get in the truck afterwards I can’t make heads or tails of those receipts! Good catch! Thanks

ive noticed that family dollar over charged me yesterday on a collar for my puppie the price on the collars were 1.75 and a new pair of laces for my shoes that the puppie chewed the price on the laces was 1.50 and they charged me 2.25 on the collar and 1.75 on the laces so they over charged me .75 cents but its going to cost me about 7.00 in gas to run up to the store to get back my .75 cents lol and i noticed they did the same thing on something i got from the store last week but caught it then

and always be respectful and friendly with them. They are there to do a job and if you are friendly, respectful, and even cheerful about things they will not mind helping you out. Honey does attract more than vinegar… (unless you are looking for fruit flies,… nasty little buggers!)

Walgreen’s has been shorting their coupon customers for quite some time. Check out Pinchingpennies/Priscilla’s couponing channel ,her latest video can explain alot of what’s going on. I am glad you got your money you earned on those deals.
