Swimming pools are an open body of water and suseptible to all the enviromental pollutants such as benzine from diesel trucks, cars, etc. Not to mention the addition to humans in the pool and their activities. Of course chemicals such as chlorine, sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid. None of these should be ingested on more than an accidental basis. Never as a preparedness measure. The experts we have spoke with have stated such practices will cause long term health problems.
